北京特警破平板支撑记录 / SWAT team member challenged world record in holding plank

We added English subtitles. 43岁的北京特警副大队长毛卫东，26日下午以4小时26分打破平板支撑吉尼斯世界纪录，之前是美国人保持的3小时07分。毛卫东表示，坚持4小时26分，是因4月26日是妻子的生日。 September 26: 43-year-old Beijing special police deputy commander and member of the Beijing SWAT team Mao Weidong successfully challenged the world record in holding plank (Guinness Book of World Records). Mao Weidong insisted in holding plank for 4 hours 26 minutes, because April 26 is the birthday of his wife.

16. His wife‘s birthday is 4.26, so he kept plank 4 hours and 26 minutes. Wonderful !!! Maybe he can keep more time but just chose a special time.
17. This attempt is extremely tainted and flawed. His forearms are clearly off the mat and the video clearly shows the "daylight" near his wrist. He made the mistake that most novices do. This is a clear violation of GWR rules. This video and related pics have been submitted to GWR and an investigation was initiated. Why the adjudicator on site didn't catch it??? Perhaps the outrageous fee paid to GWR for such adjudication precluded an otherwise objective assessment of this attempt. The attempt should be disqualified and GWR held accountable for maintaining the integrity of such feats. I've set this record 3 times and know the rules and GWR had enough respect of my past world records to launch an investigation which ad of this post is still pending.
