13. if it were to be "cut like butter" it.would've been a clean slice with no restriction. in the video the guy were sawing the fish which means its not a clean slice. so "cut like butter" is a falsely claimed title. in other words click hate. but I don't care so whatever.

15. The long, white spaghetti noodle looking things.........those look like parasitic worms. Look closely in the head area of the first fish being cut. I've seen other videos on youtube of chefs cutting their prized tuna in preparation for sushi service only to find the same looking thing that this one has and end up throwing the entire fish away. (Most likely at the cost of the supplier.)
