Longest Fingernails Ever on a Woman Lee Redmond from USA has the longest fingernails , who started to grow them in 1979 and carefully manicured them to reach a total length of 8.65 m. 4. Largest horn circumference – steer Lurch was the record holder of the world’s largest horn circumference, 37.5 in. He was an African Watusi steer born October 11, 1995 on a ranch in Missouri.
