2. When Luke gets back to the rebel base after blowing up the Death Star ( in A New Hope), Leia yells out "Luke!" And in all the excitement we don't notice that in response, Luke yells back "Carrie!" Instead of Leia

6. Every scene with a Tie-Fighter, shows the view port made up of eight panels of glass (or whatever) that forms the octagonal shape we are all used to seeing on these Empire ships. But anytime the scene is from the point of view of the pilot (from within the cockpit), the vertices change. In other words, from the outside, there is a vertical metal spine running up and down directly through the center of the viewport separating four panes on the left, and 4 panes on the right. But when inside, the canting changes to having a spine running left and right through the middle of the viewport (separating 4 panes on top, and 4 on the bottom).

9. A mistake I noticed during the obi-one v vader lightsaber fight in A New Hope. The wide shot of them both with the hanger door. Vaders lightsaber is blue.

14. in the fourth movie when the storm troopers pass through the doors where c-3po and r2d2 are the storm trooper hits his head and in the fifth movie when Luke is running from the snow monster it sounds like Luke turns off his lightsaber it is still on.

18. Whether it was subconscious or not by Lucas, the Vader / father connection was already implicit in the original with the ominous lines. "He has too much of his father in him" ... "That's what I'm afraid of."
