@nepovjerenje you actually start to slow down after the 60 meter mark anyway in a 100 but the best thing to do is just do training sessions with longer lengths such as 200 metres or 150s + build your upper body up aswell for when you power out of the blocks
You guys are CRAZY if you think you can run that fast! Even if you really can run 100m in 10 or 11 seconds, there is no way you guys could ever shave an entire SECOND off of that time! If you are running it as fast as you can, you will probably NOT be able to shave off that much time. No one really believes you... we have some FAST people on our high school track team but they CANNOT run that fast and never will and neither will any of you. this is incredible!

this guy is so fast but look up sean holston on youtube look at his 100 meter races. pretty damn fast and his 4x1 or 4x4 bad quality but hes the anchor in all the races so hes easy to see
