11. To do so many pushups make you skiny. But I notcsed, that I can work with boxing sack much longer with good hitting power without getting tired.
12. My record was 420 proper form in a row in like 40 min. But this shows u can go much more. i fond some rare people, who do more. But nobody in such proper form short time and without break.
