  5. This is amazing! You inspire me!! I have been doing this type of push-up for 15 years and know how great they are. But I have never seen anybody come close to doing 1000 in a row. I heard the legend about how Gamma used to do 3000 in a row. This is the closest to it. Well done brother! Blessings.

  20. form not perfect brother, nonetheless 1001 is absolutely faantaastic... some minor things in the form below.
    Wear lighter clothing so that you get a little respite.
    Right form chin should touch you chest when you go back and see the sky from between your legs and when you come forward on the top face upwards looking at the sky. Secondly, go deeper. Minor things when you do 1000 though :-).
    Next looking forward for a
    1001 Baithaks or hindu squats and
    1001 squats (western squats are called edhi baithak)
    Side squats 1001.
    1001 Ram dands
    After that 1001 Dand - Baithaks
