  2. I thought you were meant to do heavy compounds with progressive overload with some isolations to make gains but you've made all kinda gainz doing crap ton of isolations & volume, IDK what to do now, I'm guessing is your genetics from your awesome dad.

  12. People give this kid way too much credit. Clearly he's fit for his age, but I wouldn't go any further. From what I know his dad used to be a bodybuilder..soo you can see how he got his "popularity". Kid is in shape but he has a long way to go.

  18. I haven't done weights I just do push ups pull ups and dips but I'm 14 190 pounds
  19. Man please get out of those kickbacks. They are stupid exercise. Replace them with overhead press. Also your dumbell skullcrushers need to correct the form. Watch in youtube blood and guts to maximize your gains. Also to minimize cheating replace barbell curl with cable curl and dumbell curls do in incline bench. Good luck
