I am 14 i recently did 930 on leg press but only for 1 rep, it seems like my genetics are more in the strength region when it comes to weight lifting although im 6.1 225 lbs and im not that fat, sure i have some fat on me but ive been told i look 190 which is 35 lbs lighter than my body weight.

  13. dude i know it's been a year or so, I've just seen your video right now, but dude i gtta ask, you can do 670lbs leg press 6 reps, that's 303kgs, i can do 450kgs 8 reps, and right now we're the same age I've been bodybuilding only for like 5 months, don't I deserve a video too ? :D

  15. Wait, so this is more than double the last squat vid, why is this much easier for a bigger weight? Different machines? You cant go from 280lbs to 670lbs in that time?!
  16. Man I thought I was the only one:) I'm 14 and I weigh 240.3 pounds. I usually do 450 as a warm up and end at about 790 or so. Keep working at it! Oh and I'm 20%
