  1. When in doubt....GAS IT!!
  2. You simply can't put a 1400cc on a dirtbike, simply because it's impossible to run it unless it's at least 3 cylinders and definetely no one of these bikes has 3 cylinders or enought space to put a 1.4L engine.
  3. 1400 cc yea sure 100000cc thats like 450cc
  4. Where is he why is he not in the X games?
  5. those bikes are crazy
  6. is the 1400 a bored-out busa motor?
  7. can you even get a 1400c dirtbike?
  8. 1400? Is that true? Maybe one too many zeros? I know very little about dirt bikes, but I thought 250 cc was up there and 500 cc was a real hot rod.

  12. Hey guys I'm 5'2 11 yrs old would this be a good bike? It would be my first one please get back to me and where can I get one
  13. Power<>Weight + Skill ≠ age
  14. Earlier 4 strokes lacked the decompression cam (for lack of a better term) and you had to use a compression release lever to get the piston just a hair past tdc on the compression stroke, then give it a nice kick. The later bikes would start more like a 2 stroke, by just giving it a good kick. I had two yz400f's and a yz426 that had a 'ritual'. My crf450's had the cams. It was nice to just kick it and go:) Hope you guys enjoy your bikes, and please be careful. I've had a few friends over the years severely injured racing. Two were paralyzed, just after high school. That really sucked. Happy trails!!!

  18. Your A fucking dumbass
  19. The YZF is a race bike, and the early models didn't have the ability to simply kick them over, much like a typical 2 stroke. You had to get the kick starter to the top of the compression stroke, then just a teeny bit past, then kick with NO throttle. He hated that. Funny thing was that he loved my 400f (ex Marty Moated race bike), which required the same procedure. The later bikes have a cam system that doesn't require any extra effort, such as on the CRF450 I had a while back.
  20. How the heck do you get that many cubic centimeters of displacement in a dirtbike? Swap? Bored out? Weld 3 cr500s together?
