Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr #9 - Dylan and Jessica Best This sibling duo can be seen on TLC’s show The Strongest Family In The World where the family claims they workout a combined 240 hours each week. Every day Dylan routinely deadlifts 130 pounds, if he misses it he says he doesn’t feel right, that it’s like struggling through the morning without coffee. Jessica, who is only five is just now getting started in the weightlifting business and can already lift 100 pounds by herself which is more than twice her bodyweight. #8 - Naomi Kutin Naomi, a 14-year-old Jewish girl, has been setting powerlifting records since she was 8. While she won’t lift during Shabbos, which is the Jewish rest day, she has beat all of her competitors and now competes with and beats the adults. She had earned the name “Supergirl” after lifting 148 pounds when she was only eight years old. She lived up to her name again two years later at age 10 when she squatted 215 pounds. #7 - Yang Jinlong This kid took China by storm at age seven when he was pulling cars with ropes and carrying sacks of cement that weighed up to 220 pounds a piece! He continues to prove his strength by picking his father up and putting him on his shoulders, pulling vans and larger cars with rope, and carrying super heavy objects like cement powder or uncooked rice all in the name of fun. #6 - Varvara Akulova Varvara started life out as a circus performer alongside her parents; she had her own acrobatic routine at 18 months. She soon after took up the hobby of weightlifting and became increasingly better, and by age five she could lift an astonishing 196 pounds. In 2006 she was able to lift over four times her body weight. After being given the title “The Strongest Girl In The World” Varvara broke a world record and landed herself in the Guinness Book of World Records. She still trains daily and works out really hard with the hopes of one day becoming an Olympic champion. #5 - Richard Sandrak Also known as little Hercules, Ukrainian boy Richard was encouraged to work out and do martial arts from his parents at a young age. By the age of six he was maxing out at 180 pounds on the standard bench press, and by age eight he was bench-pressing 210 pounds. When he was young, he used to workout with his father, doing over 600 push-ups and sit-ups in addition to 300 squats a day. His father also had him on a strict diet that didn’t allow any junk food or sweets. He has since quit bodybuilding after his father was arrested and went to prison in the early 2000’s. He now does cardio workouts and rides on his skateboard to stay in shape. #4 - Jake Schellenschlager In 2011 Jake Schellenschlager set the internet on fire. At 14-years-old Jake went to a competition and deadlifted 300 pounds, he only weighs 119 pounds himself; that’s almost three times his own weight. The young trainer has his own Youtube channel where you can watch him as he works out and lifts incredible weights. He may be a teenager but he is an inspiration for the young and old. #3 - Kyle Kane Kyle Kane set a world record when he became the world’s strongest 12-year-old in 2010. The record was set at a charity event where Kyle successfully lifted 308 pounds. He loved that he had accomplished something that very few 12-year-olds have ever done and has been trying to break a new world record every year since. Even though Kyle was extremely proud of his accomplishment, he is no stranger to being the best. He started kickboxing at age four and became a black belt by the time he was nine. He is nicknamed Little Arnie after the muscleman Arnold Schwarzenegger, and when he’s not training, you can find him on the Rugby field. #2 - CJ Cummings CJ Cummings isn’t just a lifting enthusiast, in 2015 he was named Most Likely No. 1 NBA Draft Pick, which is a big deal to some but he doesn’t stop there. At age 15 CJ took the gold medal at the USA Weightlifting National Championship in Dallas by lifting a total of 674 pounds. At that competition, his clean and jerk lifts were 386 pounds which are over two pounds more than the adult record set the previous year. #1 - The Super Strong Baby We may not know who the toddler is in this picture; and we are pretty positive that this photo is a fake, only because the kid’s arms are not bulky enough to hold the muscles needed to actually lift this vehicle. We can assure you that the rest of the kids on this list can not only pick up you or me, but the can most likely lift the car just like the picture. Maybe not completely off the ground like Superman style, but close enough.
