16. I will never understand how rich people with so much money can have such shit taste. For this kind of money you could build an amazingly beautiful wooden yacht or something. Instead, they all just get the same tacky, cookie-cutter eye sores. They all have the same amenities too, pools and jet ski bays. Very unoriginal.

20. That concept island yacht (Streets of Monaco), if actually built, would need a small fleet of high-speed boats to protect it 24/7. Too much of a tempting target for pirates.
