Who knows, this may be another hot and cold situation and the blender pitcher shattered. Whatever happened, this meal is a fail. #13 - The Muffin Man Just got Fired I’m going to assume that these were supposed to be a yummy breakfast muffin. Somehow no one bothered to tell the batter that it bakes INSIDE the paper cups, not all around the dang baking sheet. #12 - A Jar Unopened This epic fail teaches us three things: Always take the lid off the jar of sauce when you are heating it up. It probably won’t go well if you heat a jar of sauce up in the microwave in its original container. And last, the person who made this decision probably shouldn’t be left alone in the kitchen. #11 - This Isn’t What I Ordered Some of the best food fail moments come from the drive-thru of our favorite fast food places. While many people just get extra pickles when they wanted none, or 5 out of 6 items, etc., others get the meal that was so obviously slapped together with no thought of the customer’s satisfaction. Like this. You had one job. #10 - When You Want Three Things At Once This creation is the result of an indecisive mind. It appears like they wanted pizza, mixed veggies, with a hot dog to wash it down. They must have been in a hurry also since they made this one hit wonder an all-in-one dish. For convenience I’m sure. #9 - Quality Control This isn’t so much a cooking fail as it is a packaging fail. The person that checks each bag for a quality product is clearly sleeping on the job. At least the distribution center is close by because the little guy is still alive and thriving. #8 - The Dishes Are Dirty If there isn’t a clean dish in the house you usually clean one and go about your day. In the case of this soup, this person thought it would be more advantageous to carve out half of a watermelon and use that instead. The strangest part about this fail is that it appears that there are not one but two bowls sitting right next to this monstrosity, and to top it off, they even look clean. #7 - A One Pot Stop Those meals you can make in about an hour or less that only take one pan to complete. Those meals are great, the all-in-one pan dinners. This is someone’s attempt at making that dream a reality. What I want to know is where are the rest of the green beans, I know more than that comes in a can. #6 - Go Nuts for Donuts Donuts are a deliciously sweet breakfast and even though Krispy Kreme makes the best, many people attempt to make them themselves. This example doesn’t look like a complete fail; they still look good enough to eat, but they are certainly not very pretty to look at. #5 - The Heaven Sent Panini Maker The panini maker is one of the best sandwich tools you could have in your kitchen’s repertoire. You can make any sandwich you could imagine as well as quesadillas, hand held meat pockets, you name it. What you should be warned about, however, is how to properly assemble said meal. If you put too much cheese in a quesadilla, it’s going to run out. Probably not the best idea to go cheese crazy while using a panini maker, it just leaves you with a huge mess. #4 - This Pasta is Lit I’m not even sure how this fail came about. Did they try to light the gas stove and missed and set the poor pasta on fire instead? Is this what they think cooking is? HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?! Thanks but no burnt a la pasta for me. #3 - When You Haven’t Got a Clue This is what it looks like when you have no idea whatsoever of how to cook. This is the genius that has most likely destroyed the countless pizzas, cupcakes, and fries we’ve seen today. #2 - Pizza My Heart It is a sad day for the lovers of za when you open your oven and behold this spectacular site. Word to the wise, never forget to use a baking sheet, no more of this “place it on the rack, they said.” “It’ll be fine, they said.” Rest in Pieces Mr. pepperoni and cheese. #1 - When You’re Addicted to Pinterest It’s a great thing being involved on Pinterest; it is a place where many fabulous ideas are born and shared. A word of warning, not everything you see on Pinterest is going to come out looking like the picture. This is a prime example of a Pinterest fail, the porcupine cake. This looks more like the stuff of nightmares rather than the cute quilled mammal it was meant to resemble.
