  1. Awesome video! great information. liked.
  2. polyunsaturated fats wrecked my metabolism after my fasting 2 years ago, now I'm heavy af
    it can take 4 years
  3. I was on some psychiatric medication and at that time I went down to 65kg 6 feet tall and not doing much exercise. So even though I wasn't thinking about it at all at the time, but I think I'm paying for it now.
  4. To me if you haven't lose weight in a year whether its slow or fast, Being patient is not enough you have to make adjustments if your focus is on weight-loss. But I think the biggest mistake that women make if they want to lose weight specifically fat is that cardio shouldn't be your core workout. there should be some weight training here and there to loss the fat. We are so focused on the number on the scale, we lose the focus on fat loss. I eat a 70% plant based diet (still transitioning) but replacing my bike with powerlifting and weightlifting was the best change I ever made. Not only I lose the weight but I gained muscle which is and being strong is a bonus. I think you're right Ava patience is key to have a good healthy life, but sometimes if you don't feel right its better to take initiative now :)
  5. Just what the hell are you rambling about?
  6. Wtf you haven't lost weight after 2 years and yet that's your main goal. Time to stop being patient and sort your diet out.
  7. Train not complain!
  8. I think one of the biggest mistakes ladies usually make when it comes to fitness is focussing on weight-loss instead of fat-loss and building more tone or musscles.
  9. Patience is definitely important. If you come from a past of restriction your body will need time to heal.
  10. Fuckin lean baby! 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
