  1. Great tips! Just 2 things I'd like to add. First, when standing up (usually position 2 or 3) do not keep jumping on the bike and moving your shoulders as if you were dancing Salsa. Let the thighs do the work! Your upper body should not be moving regardless the speed you're going. Also, pedaling like crazy (above 110 RPM) is not really helpful, simply add more resistance and keep it under 110 RPM when doing sprints.
  2. 1. Thank you for filming on the bike. 2. Thank you for giving the "whys." 3.... you shouldn't have stopped at 3. Oh for the love of form!!!! How about the saddle teetertotter? Or the crotch watcher ((Enjoying the view? How are you breathing down there?)) Or the standing climber/leaner? ((Those handlebars just look so lonely. They need a hug.)) Or the ones that leave early because stretching afterwards is just 5 minutes more of their day that they can no longer part with. It goes on and on.......
  3. LISA... I hope many people review your video because contra's at "non spinning" studios are placing many mindless people on the red zone.
  4. Hi there ... yes, generally think of the old adage "tighty right, lefty loose-y" If you twist to the right it'll get harder and if you twist to the left it'll get easier. Also for most bikes pushing the dial down like a plunger will work as a break and it's good to test that out before you start the class. :-)
  5. Thanks!
