  1. I raw 58 miles a week and I was a competitive athlete but health is not about doing one exercise. I danced extremely wildly, lifted weights, swam, and did yoga...so now..I am still dancing...running puts a lot of pressure on your joints and long term it can actually age you if you push your body for years on end..I also do not think that her diet is healthy...I believe in raw animal foods..raw pastured eggs, raw fish, even some raw pastured liver cubes if you are an athlete..I won numbers of metals...I didn't look at tired as she does when I was training like this....I am 100 percent raw neolithic...I include raw animal food and all kinds of sprouted carbs from beans, and pseudo grains...Kristina is a novice in the realm of nutrition and health....
  2. Well lets say that if you work for at least 8 hours a day, and the time to get back home and rest a bit, prepare dinner for the family and do home stuff like laundry etc... there is no time left to exercise everyday and stay in open air... seems like she doesn't have these kind of problems. Not the real life for the rest of the world... i do love her recipes though
  3. Fruit shoots up insulin...leading to diabetes, chronic diseases. You need to look at Chinese Medicine to see raw should not be 100%. We need fats and small amt animals products. Grains/nuts/legumes not soaked have phytic acid. See this to really understand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNON5iNf07o&index=8&list=WL
  4. I think she is just awesome,  im not vegan , but I would love to try it slowly and think everyone should try it certainly cant be bad for you to give it a shot. Her positive way she talks makes you want to try everything she makes lol looks so tasty.
  5. I think you're despicable for what you did to Freelee and Durianrider!
  6. +0pus0ne72  6 to 8 miles a day lol not 68.
  7. she ran 68 miles a day? and doubled that during the weekend??? wow look at that, just look at it, have a look at it, Psshhh
  8. Sort of an old comment, but I think the question is still worth answering. It is extremely unlikely for food to have that type of effect on blood pH. Alkalizing foods help keep a good pH balance, but will never cause alkalosis. Alkalosis is caused by some underlying disease 90% of the time.
  9. I just had a dragon fruit for the first time and I'm starting to understand how fruit can be savory.
  10. my advice is this... if you have the typical american diet where 80% of your diet comes from meat, sugar, and refined carbs, don't dive into a raw diet. Change that 80% down 20% every 2 months. so start with 60% garbage, 40% fruits/vegs first two months. then 60% fruits/vegs 40% garbage next two months etc... Persons like this woman and myself have an easy time eating raw because we are used to it and we are fit enough to really enjoy exercise. Changing to raw is very difficult to do cold turk
  11. thanks a bunch
  12. You will not become over alkalized my friend.Besides blueberries are acidic in nature but contains lots of vitamins and other nutrients
  13. It wont, just leave theories and crap, and eat naturally, logicly, what out bodies are used to eat.
  14. why don`t you move to the carebean or so and open a farm with visitors who are interested to learn about rawfood-diets
  15. just read the 80/10/10
  16. Best to ask her on her channel :D
  17. hi Kristina, two ?s please. i know the benefit of alkalizing vs acidosis, but a question please: all raw food is alkalizing, right? so if you feed yourself with just only raw food only, is there the risk to get a PH blood higher than the right 7.2-7.4? (so a metabolic alkalosis and death)?Other 1 is:im trying to feed myself with raw food only w/o drink nothing. But iv no centrifuge-machine so im forced to eat either the juice or the fibers. I eat fruits and vegetables, the whole fruit/vegetable
  18. I am 5ft 1, I aim to keep my calorie intake to less than 1600. Your intake may differ from mine because I don't really exercise that much and so need to eat less to prevent myself getting overweight. I use an app called My fitness pal which not only tells me my calorie intake, but also alot of others. It has the option for you to gain/loose weight or maintain your weight, then it gives you your limits and helps you keep track x
  19. Should I take multivitamins as a vegan?
  20. Kristina's attitude is so wonderful. Every time I watch one of her videos, it makes me want to be healthier.
