  2. Coach im 5'7 really skinny my elbow is slightly out and I have a set point at my chest, but I don't use my guide hand (fixed that awhile ago). I have trouble shooting FTs with proper form like yours without jumping, and my elbow hyperextends so it's bent inward on my shot. I weigh around 110 lbs and I'm only starting to workout, do you think I should work on these drills and still be an effective 3 pt shooter? I'm more of a perimeter player that's why. Thanks

  9. when I tuck my elbow I too strong could you help me out a little bit? a lot of people tell me it's because of tension but I don't know to relieve these things
  10. ok so now my set point is at my eyebrows because i was prating it today and now my jump shot is very smooth and I've been making about 66.6 percent from mid range!

  14. Could you please make a workout and tutorial for explosiveness, I mean, I'm a big guy (for my age) but I'm not sure if I will grow any more. So I want to learn to dunk (I'm just a bit too short to also get the ball over the rim) but I also want to learn to get so quick and explosive that my defender will be to late every time on 1v1

  19. Kinda disagree with the release point reasoning, that's more about being a one motion or two motion shooter, it should be about identifying what type of shooter u r. I've noticed a lot of young ones being taught to have a high release point so they only throw the ball way up and lose momentum. Sadly they're being told that they're doing good when really they're not
