2. Hmmm in my humble opinion, as you understand the basics of ohm's law, it would probably the same between cheap and expensive vapes. You can do experiments with power, and measure your desired power. I prefer a mechanical mods because the power is came pure battery, but you have to know the limit of your battery, don't overcurrent above the battery limit and don't push the battery until the voltage is low. Sorry still amateurish
