In This video i did something,that i dreamed about doing for 10 years i broke the Guiness World Record in Jump Rope 32 Minutes None Stop on hard surface with Socks.Well firstly i want to start this description by telling you a story,I started working out at 10th grade i was weighting about 100 kgs and was 180cm tall my father got me the first equipment of my life A lightweight Jump Rope,and i made him a promise i will be working out everyday and will do it my lifestyle,the main important factor i wanted to achieve or lets say the main goal was to lose weight,i remember the times when i waked up at 5am and started jumping with the rope even if i could barely jump one time,but i knew that one day i can achieve 100 reps,i remember the times when i fall asleep with the rope i head the will burning deep inside my heart that year,my father head an heart attack in front of my eyes while driving me to the school i head to drive all over to hospital and he head an heart surgery where his body gave up and i lost him,my dreams were shattered i was giving up in life until i started working out again,every time i walked at that room i knew that i will be forgetting every little pain that i have in my heart and i will be keeping my promise i gave to my father to become the best that i can be and work out.You know what i learned how to survive i learned how to be my own self i learned how to surpass any obstacles in the way and the most important factor was now i was not only physically with workout for life but,my mental strength was far more stronger then my physical when i would put something in my mind that i will achieve i would do it no matter what it takes how long it takes.You cannot imagine what kind of Mental process it took me when i jumped 32 minutes if you try to stand just in your legs for 32 minutes without moving you would be devastated not by getting tired but by getting tired and thinking that your standing for nothing at legs,Mentally.Well every sweat and tear i dropped while jumping i just thinked for my promise i gave to my father,every time i just relaxed my mind and thinked about great moments.You know what an athlete term is more complex then you could imagine,it does not only take workout(witch is the easiest part of all the processes)it takes DEDICATION,DRIVE,DISCIPLINE,DETERMINATION TO WORKOUT+DIET+MENTAL STRENGTH,if your mentally prepared to achieve anything you can do anything whatever you think human is always scared to use his limits he would be suprised if he surpasses all his limits he would see what kind of things he can achieve we always dont push our selves to the limits.Well when you start working out you just build in the first days the strength but you wont see at first how you build mentally too when you get the strength,you put goals that if your mind says i will do it there is no one going to stop you,because your mentally prepared.You know what when i came at 30 minutes my all body gave up every inch of the muscles,but you know what i head my Warrior Spirit i was mentally prepared that i will achieve anything i will become great i will be my best of my self because when EVERY OF MY FRIENDS SMOKED,DRINKED,PARTIED EVERY NIGHT TILL 12 A CLOCK I SLEPT EARLY I WAKED UP EARLY I WORKED OUT TILL I COULD NOT MOVE TILL MY MUSCLES WERE BURNING LIKE HELL,BUT THIS DIDENT STOP ME WHEN I GOT TIRED I PUSHED MY SELF EVEN MORE EVERYDAY I SET LIMITS AND TRIED TO SURPASS THEM NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES THIS MADE MY BODY SILVER BUT MY MIND GOLD,WHEN EVERYBODY WAS EATING IN FRONT OF MY EYES I WOULD STOP MYSELF WHEN EVERYBODY WOULD SMOKE I WOULD JUST GO HOME AND TRAIN HARDER YOU KNOW WHAT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT EVERY TEAR EVERY SWEAT EVERY INCH OF PAIN IT WAS ALL WORTH IT BECAUSE MY BODY WAS BURNING WAS BURST INTO FLAMES TO ACHIEVE GREATNESS AND I DID.MENTAL STRENGTH=TO ACHIEVE EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD,WE ARE WARRIORS WE ARE SOLDIERS NOT JUST ATHLETES WE WOULD SACRIFICE OUR SELF FOR BETTER WORLD WE,DONT KNOW WHAT LIMIT MEANS WE DONT GOT THIS WORD ON OUR DICTIONARY ALL WE KNOW IS NEW GOALS THERE AINT A LIMIT WE TRY EVERY DAY TO BE OUR BEST,AND HELP EACH OTHER WE ARE A BIG FAMILY EVERY ATHLETE WE KNOW HOW TO RESPECT EACH OTHER WE DO OUR BEST TO GROW OUR COMMUNITY AND HEALP THE YOUTH ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS BECAUSE WE WERE IN THE SAME POSITION IN THE START.FOR THE LAST IN THIS WORLD TO ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO WORK HARDER THERE IS NOTHING FOR FREE,SO WORK HARDER TO BECOME THE BEST THAT YOU CAN BE.
