The J3 suited hand would have been a better hand to 3x than shove. If he rejams, let him take it down at this level of blinds. Never put your whole stack up for grabs with holdings that low. I don't understand this philosophy of players that shove with no information. Big stack is to be cherished in spots like these. You can afford a bluffed hand or two and the fold equity you give him will make him feel safe against your 3x bets in future hands when you have stronger holdings. When you 3x your AJ suited and he rejams, you will see the payoff for folding in that spot. But the main point I wish to make is never bet more than is required to take the blind. If you would be happy seeing a flop with your holdings, don't feel required to get it in potentially behind when you have an opportunity to determine the strength of his hand with a strong lead bet that isn't a jam.
