3D Printed Hairy Lion

Hi Guys! I have seen a few people try out the Hairy Lion, so I figured I would give it a try. It printed great on the first try. I wish I had used a long blade knife to cut the hair from the shroud, but it still removed fairy easily. The hardest part is trying to sculpt his hair. I used a heat gun, but a hair dryer would have worked better and would have been more fitting. LOL!!! 2. For moment there until you combed back his hair the lion looked like someone who'd build a sacrificial wall around himself and make you pay for it...

4. you were supposed to do it with a comb, or with a blow dryer to heat it up slowly. not a heat gun...
5. I don't own a hair dryer.....so I decided to get a little creative and try dipping the hair in boiling water for a few seconds to loosen it up so I could style it. Miraculously.....it worked like a charm! This video shows a time lapse video of the print, shows the bridging of the first few hair strands, and then the dipping process in boiling water. Just another alternative to soften up the hair for shaping. Let me know what you think!

6. youre supposed to style it WHILE ITS HEATING 😩😩😩😩 The plastic will stick if you dont guide it all the way through!
