3. im a freshman in highschool. Im 5'9 170 and i ran a 5.5 in a 50 yrd dash and i estimate maybe 4.8 if i run a real 40. Is 4.8 decent for me for my size. I know im not the fastest, but i just wanna now if thats pretty decent. im going to varsity next yr to play rb or lb. when i played freshman football they had me play d end and right tackle. We didnt have alot of oline so they put me there so i wasnt able to really play wr or rb or linebacker.

8. i think you can shave it down by another .1 second just by taking longer strides. you take about 20.5 to get over the 40 but if you took longer strides you can cut it down to about 17-18 possibly
