4. Very impressed at how this worked out, I am a fan of the PTO winch and I think this video shows both sides of the argument using an electric winch to roll the truck up was good but if he had a PTO winch he would have pulled the truck out and not got into the situation.
5. Uh, why didn’t you use the straps to anchor the winch truck to the tree??? Too logical and boring for TV I guess.

7. Who cares about the damn "shot". You can't capture everything and if you miss out theres no point sending 90k worth of 4wd back through a sticky situation like this just to film it.

18. A note to those in the USA, that is a "snatch strap" or "recovery strap", NOT a "tow strap". ARB makes a nice one, I use mine on the beach, have a few videos.
19. 5:40 There's an argument for electric vs. hydraulic (engine driven) winch! I was thinking you would need a snatch block on the tree and back to a higher point on the vehicle, good show!
