1. Lets see how many years it takes for a US athlete to test positive or admit to prior doping claims to get yet another gold and another WR taken from them.
2. USA 3rd leg Butler did not keep a good line in the corners and drifted into the second lane a lot but still ran incredibly well.   He runs a bit like Kirani.    Definite future contender.  Calvin Smith had an incredible final 150m run.  Another future 400m star.
3. Pushed the whole way?  Not sure about that.  Last 120m was pretty clear.
4. NOT the WR. 3:01 in Arkansas in the mid-2000s: Wariner, WIlliamson, Spearmon, Clement.
