1. Really like your videos. This one in particular as I aspire to be an investor someday (soon I hope). I asked in one of your other videos, but in case you missed it, I'll ask here. To wholesale, buy/rent out, any kind of investing, do I need to use my own money? I.e, A home is foreclosing and costs 50,000 will I need 50k cash to pay it off in order to profit from it, or can I put 10k and take out a loan. Does it work that way? If not, can you enlighten me on how it works for someone who is about to enter the field? Thanks for the video!

   Hey thanks for the vids!.You are very helpful. I'm just starting & haven't even done any deals yet. I have done the course from Freedom mentors (Phil Pustejovsky)  I was just wondering how important it is to have a full time mentor?Cause I haven't even contacted them yet. They get half of what you make. Its probably well worth it till I get the hang of it.I know there is so much to learn..Just wanted your opinion. Thanks man!! & have a good day!
