1. THESE ARE NOT PLOT HOLES. These are all simply contrivances and inconsistencies. Nothing on this list was an actual plot hole.
2. maybe the 5 minutes lasted longer because their sense of time is slower.

5. I have to agree with a lot of the other commenters, you really need to look up the definition of "plot hole" and a lot of this is actually explained
   
   Ssj goten and trunks was due to trunks training in the spaceship (increased gravity training) and gotenks training with his mother coupled with the saiyan human children having greater potential mentioned at the very beginning of the Z series.
   
   Zenkai boosts were never particularly large, they increased fractionally rather than multiplying as transformations do ( zenkai boost gives something like x1.5 boost while ssj gives a x50 boost)
   
   The reason power was more destructive in the earlier episodes of DBZ is because the power was unstable as they came upon more powerful forms they gained more control (goku spent months meditating to control ssj3 before using it).
   
   It's not really a plot hole that the fight took longer than 5 mins, they were moving at super speed and if they made the final fight of the saga only 5 mins long in real life it would have been extremely anticlimactic.
   
   Goku's supposed death on namek was an intentional cliffhanger not a plothole.
6. and goten MD trunks being super saiyans? how tf can that be a plot hole? if thats the case then goku being able to go ss3 or even ss2 would be a plot hole... clearly they trained goten being born from a ss celled goku who clearly had just made it easier seing his body knew the ss form and it was second hand for him trunks on the other hand trained with his dad and vege seemed more accustom to training in ss so trunks most likely seen and experienced it all the time until he finally did it offscreen somewhere maune while playing with goten or training its not like just because they're kids that hey cant control their own energy which they clearly can
7. the time in an anime isn't going to be exactly I'm actual time... how would you feel if we had five literal mins in that fight... it would be so anti climatic and just not as good.... how could the story progress if it was only 30 mins at a time for the show... that's not a plot hole at all...
8. He was fighting at light speed, so 5 minutes obviously were to be long
9. I know Vegeta said Saiyans gets a substantial increase in their power when they encounter a new method of healing for the first time. Any other recovery is just a tiny boost.

15. kid trunks was probalu trained by his father into a harsh sayan way,since he could walk and thus by that age trunks was very strong enough for ssj but goten going ssj is buulshit he only trained with chichi wich is weaker asf and has no ki abilities and barely trained with gohan and and picolo and also goku with fusion other than that goten was weaker asf ,as I said trunks was probaly trianed harshly by his father since infancy but goten is just bs

    In a story like Dbz to explain those little things are barely part of the story
17. one of the biggest plot holes is goten and trunks's age. right now in super, there age is about 12-13, because at the end of the buu saga, they were both about 7-8 years old. DBS takes place 5 years after, making them 12-13.... so the plot hole is.......WHY THE FUCK DO GOTEN AND TRUNKS STILL LOOK LIKE LITTLE CHILDREN. THEY LOOK LIKE THEYRE 5 YEARS OLD. Teen Gohan, during the cell saga, who really wasn't a teen to begin with, was like 10 or 11, but even he looks older than goten and trunks at this point in time....
18. How about Vegeta and Trunks getting an extra year of training in ROSAT and still being weaker than Goku and Gohan and virtually gaining no extra strength.
19. what t piccolo jr's brothers they didn't look anything like nemeckians also anyone who piccolo kills is suppose to go to limbo raditz didn't go to limbo cell not dying when goku vaporized his head piccolo dying at all in the series except when majin buu blows up the planet super when piccolo gets a hole in the chest and dies and a few episodes later when he get a hole in the chest and regenerates. also piccolo growing faster than most nemeckians he was suppose to be 3 years old in the world martial arts tournament. for the gotten and trunks thing it says in the manga that mixing saiyan and earthling blood begets a powerful hybrid
20. For Number two, you can credit me and me alone to these mathematic calculations, or whatever, because I did the math about two months ago after Batman vs Superman. From my notes, I quote," According to Google, it took 54 minutes and 52 seconds for namek to explode from the exact moment that Death Ball made contact." Throwing cinematic slowdown to the wind, which I know is the reason why this exists, I will Film Theory the hell out of this equation."...[this] formula x=(m+[s divided by 60]) divided by 5, where x represents the time in Freiza minutes, m . . . time in minutes, [et cetera]. . ." Plug in these numbers to the formula, and we get x=(54+[52 divided by 60]) divided by five, which comes out to be x= 10.9733333..., so if we multiply the decimal by 60, and then add that to the whole part of the number, we get 58.4, and that means, counting from when the Death Ball hits Namek to the time it explodes, a Freiza Minute would be 10 minutes and 58.4 seconds, or just 10 minutes and 54 seconds. Yes, I am like, the twelfth biggest nerd on the planet or something like that. But really, I do admit that this math is all for not, because of cinematic slowdown.
