I remember there were two B-52s that crashed in North Carolina in 1961.  The crash shown in this video, and a couple weeks later another crash 150 miles away in Davidson County, near High Rock Lake.  That crash didn't have any nukes on it, but the aircraft itself blew out a 40ft deep crater from solid rock upon impact.
