15. IN #4 I have seen this before. The White car that is sitting there with its engine running ignites the oil on the ground. The one I saw was in a gas station with the exact same type of car. In the gas station one the natural gas gets under the gas causing an explosion.
    
    And Yes. Oil trains do catch fire A LOT! Never listen to people that say they are safe. Whenever moving volatilizes never assume it is safe!
