Meet Milly, a Chihuahua from Puerto Rico who in 2013 got the record as the smallest living dog in the world. She is a tiny 9.65 cm, making her about the same height as a shoe. Another similar record that deserves a mention is the smallest living dog in length. This record goes to another Chihuahua named Brandy from the U.S. who's only 15.2 cm from nose to tail. 4) Largest Horn Circumference This steer named Lurch from the U.S. holds the record for the largest horn circumference. As you can see those horns are freakishly big, measuring up at 95.2 cm. Lurch is an African watusi steer and owned by Janice Wolf, sadly Lurch died in 2010 from a cancer at the base of one of the horns. However his legacy will live on forever as his body has has been released to a local taxidermist, who will produce a full-sized taxidermy of Lurch. 3) Longest Ears On A Dog Generally dogs have big ears, some stand up, other flop down. However Harbor a Coonhound from the U.S. has the biggest ears of all dogs. Both his satellite dishes measure up at 31.1 cm & 34.3 cm. I can only imagine he could hear his owners car from miles away. 2) Smallest Living Horse This tiny horse is Thumbelina, a miniature sorrel brown mare from the U.S who measures 44.5 cm. She is extremely small, smaller than most dogs. She holds the record for the smallest living horse but should also get the record for the cutest living horse too. Another similar record is for the tallest living horse, which goes to the appropriately named Big Jake, who is a nine-year-old Belgian Gelding horse from the U.S. Big Jake measures a whopping 210.1 cm tall, probably making him not the best horse to ride. 1) Largest Living Cat Here is Hercules from the U.S. who is the largest living cat. He is an adult male Liger, which is a hybrid animal created from mating a male lion with a female tiger. Ligers are usually larger than their two parental species and usually bigger than Tigons, another hybrid which is made by mating a male Tiger with a Female Lion. Hercules is huge, in total length, he measures 3.33 m, stands 1.25 m at the shoulder, and weighs a whopping 418.2 kg.
