The Guinness World Record is known for endorsing both impressive and weird acts. In fact some of the records are very hilarious. But to Guinness, a record is a record irrespective of the act. Here is a list of some of the 5 weirdest Guinness World Records. 5. World longest moustache Ram Singh Chauhan has set the record for the world's longest moustache. The moustache is up to 4.29m (14 feet) when measured. It was measured and publicized for the first time on the set of an Italian TV show in Rome in March 4, 2010. He started growing his moustache in 1970. This implies that he has not cut it since 1970, he only trims it. According to him, the earlier you start to groom your facial hair the better because the hair grows fastest in your youthful days. The hormones grow weaker as you grow older. No one knows how hr has been able to cope with the discomfort of carrying such a big bulk of load around. 4. Covered by the highest number of bees On May 26 2015, Gao Bingguo, a Chinese bee keeper for over 30 years set a new record of being covered by the highest number of bees. An astonishing 109.05kg of bees clung to every part of his body. In total, he had about 1.1million bees on his body. He broke the record of a fellow Chinese of 83.5kg of bees. The process lasted for about an hour and he even smoked a cigarette. He was said to have been stung about 2000 times and his temperature rose to about 60 degrees Celsius,he had to dip himself in cold water immediately after just to cool down. He was lucky the bees didn’t sting him “down below”. 3. Breaking of toilet seat lid has just become easier Do you want to break your toilet seat lid for one reason or the other? Don’t bother getting a hammer, just contact Mr. Kevin Shelley. He will do it and even thank you for the opportunity. He is a tested and trusted wooden toilet seat lid breaker. He broke a total of 46 toilet seat lids in 1 minute with his head! Like seriously? Yes, he did. That is such an incredible breaking speed. The young American pulled the stunt on September 1, 2007 in Cologne, Germany. Can you imagine how many lids this man would have broken while practicing? This is another crazy weird record! 2. A human daddy-longlegs Have you seen the insect called daddy-longlegs before? Do you know that there is a human being like that? Yes, it is true. A Russian woman named Svetlana Pankratova is adjudged to be the woman with the longest legs in the world. She is 6ft and 5in in height and she was born in April 29, 1971. She was discovered in Torremolinos, Spain on July 8, 2003. Her legs were verified to be 132cm or 51.9 inches in length. Wonder what size of shoes she wears? Her shoe size isn't on the market. She has to have her shoes custom made. What about her car? It will definitely be custom made too. While a lot of people feel it is a rare disease, others see it as a big blessing. 1. The biggest yoga class for pregnant women! This one also sounds crazy but it is true. On June, 8 2014, 505 pregnant women assembled for a yoga class that lasted for exactly 37 minutes and 28 seconds. The class took place in China and it broke the previous record of 423 pregnant women. They were all dressed in purple leotards and they achieved a feature under the auspices of Guinness Record officials. Even though it is also crazy, it seems to be the most interesting record among the five. Although we ranked it number 1, it seems to be the easiest record to break among the five of them.
