  1. I'm not fat, not skinny either. We are gonna do swimming in summer PE and I'm a bit self conscious. I'm gonna do this 5-6 days a week and run a mile everynight, my dog needs excersise too. It's gonna be a pain.

  5. I am sure I have the right posture whilst doing these Six Pack Abs workouts, but my lower back hurts like crazy! That second workout I could not even do the first rep because of my back so I had to modify the movement on a few of the workouts.
