17. an idea that would have worked (with the rules in place)
    take a normal plastic cup, put a hole the bottom, tape a large plastic bag on the bottom of it then stuff the bag up inside, the cup should fit in the hole while upright then the bag comes out to fill up.
    why didnt anyone do this?
