7 Days to Die Alpha 14 Best Base Defense Design

http://www.twitch.tv/musicianphysician There are two designs to check out here. The first is an over sized version for multiple players. The second can be for solo play or as large as you'd like. I encourage you to hang out or in the very least skip to the second base in the video, as I believe it to be one of the most effective uses space and resources. 8. What material are your spikes made of? I can get up to forged steel but I can't figure out what is next.

11. How long did it take to build something like that ( the second base that is ), and would you recommend starting out from day 1 trying to build it, and if so, what would be the material? I would think all out of cobble stone, since you can easily upgrade that to concrete

13. Hello! How do you build the bottom of the pit? I'm just starting this game on pc by myself and want to try and build a few things if I can make it that long.

18. So how long did this take you? I look and I see tons of concrete walls and flooring, and especially in the larger base, it seems like it would take an eternity to put everything together. My server is just me and my friend who play together, so we're just getting around to having a much more rudimentary spike pit around our 'house'. Do you have people gathering iron full time, or how long did this take?

20. That must have taken a crazy amount of resources to build. I usually never get further than a reinforced wooden house with some spike ditches around it
