  6. If you are reading this you need to know that if your mile time is below 8 minutes you are good. Don't say your bad at running just because you got 5:45. It takes time, lots of time. The average person runs a mile in 7 at tops to about 12. Some people have it easier than others. So keep practicing and you will get it.
  7. I don't understand what happened to everybody else in the race? Why did they all stop before him
  8. I peaked in my junior year in HS in the mile. my best time in the mile junior year was 4:48. senior year i slowed down to 4:58. By then i was getting more interested in weightlifting/bodybuilding, and i think the slight extra size may have slowed me down a little bit. but alan webb was one of my favorites back in the day
  9. These commentators though...
  10. I got a track meet tomorrow and my fastest mile is 5:47. Really bad compared to this guy
  11. we're having psychical testing week in PE right now and tomorrow they are going to time our mile. And im super nervous. Mainly because we only go in pairs of 5 according to alphabetical order of our last name and while everyone else waits they sit there and watch you and the 4 others and i really don't want to fall behind and be embarrassed. im less of a long endurance type runner. I can run really fast but like 1 lap they im super fucking tired. So im wondering how fast i should go. Cause even at a sorta fast jog i get really tired after a lap. How should i run the mile
  12. lmao meanwhile i'm just here with an average of a 8:30 mile time😂
  13. I am 100% sure he can go faster when he finished he didn't seem like he was exhausted
  14. simply inspirational
  15. Man it's so hard to run a mile without a pacer
  16. is this good
  17. I have a 7 minute mile, I jogged about half though
  18. It takes me 1:30 to do 400 meters or 1 lap.
  19. My best 1 mile run was 4 minutes and 52 seconds and I trained very hard to achieve it.This man's 3 minute,46 second 1 mile run is extremely impressive!
  20. I'm 13 yrs old, and my mile is 6:17
