  1. @SixpackLapadat, Sounds logical. All sorts of strong guys in the gym, but I'm guessing they can't do what you do. I'm more working towards an acrobat look: strong and pretty. :)
  2. @LloydChristmas777 Well, I am certainly not as cut up as a bodybuilder, but I do have my workouts split with a large part being bodybuilding. Most powerlifters I train with don't do any lifting that is not powerlifting related. I love to lift weights, and do a great variety of weight training, powerlifting and bodybuilding style.
  3. Great stuff. How do you get so strong without looking like one of those "chubby/puffy" power lifters?
  4. @dubrovnik10 lol, Thanks for the idea, I might have to pass ;)
  5. I v got a new idea for you, try to pull stationary 12 t crane, stay alive tho...
  6. @MrLesbian Thanks man! I do all my feats of strength for kids. It was pretty tough to move this sucker. Lots of training! Getting it moved at teh start is incredibly hard. I do powerlifting, so the powerlifting training preps me for these power movements. Sorry I took so long to reply. Some how this comment flew under the radar...but I got back to ya!
