1. these junior times are not very meaningful. Kids develop physically at different rates and ages. I was a skinny swimmer at 12 beaten by the girls easily. But two years later I was miles ahead of them.
2. Kiryu did 10.01 at 17yrs. Hes now in his 20's but hasn't beaten it so maybe he just peaked early?
3. What about Noah Lyles? Ran a 10.14 100 and a 20.09 200. Only 19 as of April 2017
4. That greatly depends on if they have a coach who knows how
   to coach youths athletes. A coach who’s been TRAINED/Educated to not burnout
   the athlete while they are still in their developmental stage.
5. not unless they are 6ft 5inchs tall. they may be quick but they are not as fast as bolt. they hit topspeed earlier but his topspeed is higher and will overtake.

14. A 14 year old that I ran against got a 100m time of 10.78 seconds
15. at the age of 16 is hands down the best age.... but when you hit 20+... ughh things get ugly.
