Atlanta is lucky the Patriots choked for the entire first half and most of the third quarter. If the Pats had been on their game they would have put over 50 on the board. Hell, they put 31 up in 17 minutes!
You're right about Freeman and the fumble and yes, they should have run once the reached the 22. But you can't let the entire Falcons defense off the hook for letting the Pats go 91 yards AND get a two-point conversion.
Even so, Atlanta didn't give anything away to the Patriots. The Patriots TOOK it.
