2. At the end of 2:00 minutes what he says that the real technic to increase the brain memory. same thing was taught me from south india teacher. But I never get time to practice in my life. if you are the student from 5 to 10 you can do in that peroid coz you have excellent mind at that time.
   and the meditation technics is that there is some rules in breathing at that time; make your mind blind. Dont thinks or figured anything in mind. is this true Arpan bro.
