The new ZD9 series finally signals a move on from the previous X series, and a runs on a new X1TM Extreme processor, which the company says improves clarity, colour accuracy and contrast of HD, 4K and 4K HDR videos. Alongside the shiny new processor, the LED Z-series also comes with HDR support and Backlight Master Drive – a features that allows the set to control specific pixel clusters. 1. I bought the x930d which i luv it
  2. For that price it better come with a sex slave.
  3. WTF 70K€
  4. Sony is the best OLED is great also , but not colour depth and details! if I have money I will buy XD93
  5. So it's not as good as OLED but it's as expensive.
  6. is one kidney enough to buy this?
  7. sony is the best
  8. i envy the Europeans for having scart in their TVs, why not the rest of the world, PS2 games can look crisp with scart, much better than component .
  9. It CAN match OLED black levels (absolute 0 nits) at zones with LEDs turned off. There are so many LEDs which are behind a cluster of pixels with a refiner that can block out 100% of light on an off pixel. I've seen the color accuracy and viewing angles, its doesn't pale in any way compared to the LG G6 OLED and while there is some blooming on black areas near bright edges, its so minimal that its almost unnoticable. With pure blacks and unnoticably tiny blooming and 1000 nits of brightness, I would buy this over an LG OLED anyday.
  10. If you want a dark picture, afterglow and burn in, go with OLED. If you
want curved banana design with terrible angle of view, blooming and halo
effects, go with samsung. The Sony ZD9 television beats with ease all
the other flagships. By far the best tv on the market. Believe me. I
always tell the truth. Even when I lie.
  11. 3.12, look how much more natural the colours on the OLED look!!
  12. 400 nits should be able to do Dolby HDR anyone know if this one has Dolby HDR ?
  13. I think max brightness is 4000 nits
  14. nice
  15. The best tv in the history.Minchia...
  16. wouldnt they save $ on just sourcing oled panels from lg?
  17. This thing wouldn't even fit in my room... if it only XD
  18. I don't know why people are always raving about peak brightness. I had a Sony KDL-65HX923 and I had to turn the brightness all the way down so it wouldn't destroy my eyes. And it was plenty bright enough like that even during day when sunshine lit up my room.
  19. not sure yet havnt even checked for shit like that
  20. I hate the gold trim.  I hope they sell a non-pimped version in the US.   The oled looked better to me but it is hard to say from a video of a video so perhaps in person this would look better.   I won't bother considering it because 1. it didn't come in an 85" model.   2. It didn't include DV.   3. With dynamic metadata HDR right around the corner this could be obsolete in just a year.   The reason I was hoping this would have been fantastic is Sony typically does better motion and upscaling than LG and LG doesn't offer an 85" OLED either.
