4. I made this and mine didn't turn out stringy. The cheese sauce was a little gritty too. Was it bc I cooked the milk too long in the pan?

12. I made this without the bread crumbs. Just not a fan of bread crumbs plus I added 2 more cheeses. Mines wasn't as soupy as his. But had a wonderful blend and flavor.

17. That looks HORRIBLE. WAY too much cheese and EXTREMELY RUNNY. The texture of the breadcrumbs was dreadful.... Like sawdust. Yuckkkkkkk
