6. To those stating American Football is better. Rugby is more or less continuous, requiring muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and a sharp mind for tactical play. American football requires two legs and to be able to see the right people to run at. While the only two with any major skill do for like 6 minutes in a game what every other rugby player has to do for a 80 minute period.
