  1. Weighted leg raises with a dumbbell between your feet are incredibly difficult if you have big balls :(

    A decent substitute is to hold a medicine ball between your feet

  6. This is how natural athletes looks like. It is what it is.

    Some people have better genetics and can looks sharper naturally due to metabolism,
    but yea this guy is strong and well built naturally.

  10. are his feet touching down to the ground each rep on the hanging leg lifts? or does he just stay in the air the whole time?
  11. If you do all these fancy workouts for you're abs you are wasting your time. I managed to get a six pack (nearly need to work on my lower abs more) by doing sit ups/crunches and press ups. I think press ups make you ripped... Idk tbh. I'm also a vegetarian so I get my protein from beans :)

Love you videos and recipes, I just turned 53 yes 53 and am competing in NPC this April.  Bikini, I weight 126, and my last body comp was 18.9. height is 5'6" 5'7", When should I start lean out, and how should I do this.  Last year I was not lean enough and did not compete.  I eat well, Help Please Love Hope

  17. I haven't got all this equipment, so I improvised. With the bar at the end, I used a broom. Not just a broomstick, but a whole damn broom. Didn't feel it in the obliques, but it kind of helped my disc to hold in place as I rotated, which is a good thing.

  19. It would be better if you use ankle weights.
