Gotta love those people that get to eat everything without gaining so much as a gram. It does get hard though people offering you food and some do get offended when you reject their offering
she is so fake for the camera's
"Find out how people are dealing with the eating disorders we gave them!" pfffft......
Jillian has bigger muscles than than the guy, he is hardly in great shape himself..
I love so much Jillian
This show doesn't help people long term, they needed to learn to handle and deal with their lives after the show, lose weight without destroying their metabolisms which this show did not do.
Biggest loser study showed they had metabolic damage.

It is so easy to get up from the couch and walk two steps then walk two steps back and sit back down. It only takes one second to do one jumping jack.
i lost 69 cus i like 69
Is eating 1 burger or hotdog going to kill you ? No, but if you eat A LOT of them you will gain weight. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself to unhealthy food every now and then. You don't need to take everything away. Just find a balance.
im crying!

Taking an ice bath daily for an hour or two. Nothing more, you'll lose weight by sitting.
I have a crazy relationship with this show. I am a fan of gradual, sustainable weight loss that you can continue outside of the unique atmosphere of the ranch. Erik gained a lot of his weight back and it kills me that he has.
Once the weight drops, and they get back to real life, they have to contend with a whole different monster.
Which is why I like Supersize v. Superskinny better, it focuses on the wholistic approach of weight loss
Regular healthly exercise combined with a proper diet (I recommend "The Paleo Solution" by Robb Wolf -- it's both a book and a website) will take excess weight off gradually, steadily and healthily. More importantly, it will KEEP it off.
