'Biggest Loser' Winner Is Ashamed After Gaining Almost All Her Weight Back

'The Biggest Loser' star, Ali Vincent, admits gaining almost all the weight she lost since winning the show in 2008 has left her feeling ashamed. Vincent was the first female contestant to win the reality show eight years ago after she shed an astonishing 112 pounds. She went on an episode of T.D. Jakes to reveal she doesn't believe she deserves happiness. Vincent recently opened up saying she was sexually assaulted during a massage.

3. I've read that being on that show can mess with your metabolism system to the extreme. Some said they gain weight much easier than a normal person.

11. It's because all that body weight is lost so quickly. As a result the body thinks it's being starved. When that happens even the tiniest amount of food can pack on the pounds.

13. no matter what anyone says, its hard to lose thst weight and keep it gone, i lost 70 lbs, and after i injured myself at the gym and couldnt go back for a while i got a bit lazy, but still ate mostly healthy, but i gained all that back in just a couple months
