8. Whenever a fighter is subjected to a bunch of unnecessary strikes due to an incompetent referee, that fighter should get an equal number of free strikes on said ref's head as redemption. Sounds fair to me. Who's with me? Eye for an eye? Tooth for a tooth? Justice served nice, warm and rightfully painful! Perhaps these degenerate refs would take fighters' safety a bit more seriously if they knew their heads were on the line as well?
   
   Steve Mazzagatti, Mario Yamasaki, and Cecil Peoples can start us off by going first. I'm sure there are PLENTY of fighters who would volunteer to share all of their "excess strikes" with these despicable referees who have been allowing them - unpunished - for years. Sadly, it makes you wonder how many careers have been cut short by these clowns and their obvious lack of concern for the competitor's well-being that they are ultimately responsible for.
   
   Unfortunately, It is not a coincidence that whenever a fighter is exposed to a barrage of unwarranted strikes, the same couple of referee's names seem to keep popping up. These assholes clearly do not, and will never care for the fighter's safety and longevity. They are just after the pay check. Why the commissions continue to allow these people to be responsible for the competitor's well-being is beyond me, and they should be held equally as accountable as the crooked ref's themselves.
   
   Some day the importance of these issues will become clear. Evidently, that day will not come until a fighter is either killed or sustains some type of career-ending damage/injury. I'm not sure why the commissions have deemed it appropriate to take chances like these at the expense of the fighter's welfare. It makes no sense, considering the commissions were put in place to protect the fighters. However, if they actually cared, something would have already been done about this long ago. And they would not continue to hire the same inadequate referees who have a clear history of malfeasance and poor performances.
   
   I would just hate to be the fighter who ultimately forces them to begin taking these things seriously...
