Biggest Robotic competition in Northern Europe - Robotex 2015

Robots have gathered at Tallinn University of Technology already for 14 years. Last time, a total of hundred and ninety-six robots took the stage, skills were put to the test in nine main competitions. Engines were tried out and algorithms developed by almost five hundred builders. Eleven thousand five hundred spectators witnessed truly exciting combats. This time, they return even stronger, more powerful and faster. At the end of November, you can expect to see exhilarating battles and modern advanced technology, participate in instructive workshops and fascinating seminars, and witness other interesting things. Robots will compete in seventeen different fields. Football robots show off their incredible technique, confident sumo robots make their strength count, line followers speed at the edge of adhesion. Racing robots wear their tires and avoid obstacles on the race track, robot mice are looking for a way out of the labyrinth and castaways in the stormy sea are saved by rescue robots. Robotex is organised by Tallinn University of Technology in cooperation with University of Tartu and Information Technology Foundation for Education.
