  1. Fifty is the age where men start getting heart attacks, it's not really a surprise. But to blame it on a few eggs I think is stupid. The real reason imo is he was training at the intensity level of a twenty-something in his fifties. When you hit around forty, you have to lower that intensity.

  3. NONSENSE! IT'S NOT ABOUT THE FOOD!!! Did you ever performed high intensity interval training or crossfit protocols ? If not then i can tell you that its very very demanding on all body systems ,especially hart muscle,vegan or not vegan it doesn't matter! crossfit protocols can be dangerous because diastolic dysfunction at high pulse rate (180-200 bits per min) almost doesn exist (this can lead to hypoxia in the heart muscle) .
  4. hi, just want to ask an opinion. I have elevated LDL and triglyceride. I eat 2 eggs a day 5 days a week and after a month my LDL and triglycerides reduce back to normal range. I control sugar and eggs in my diet but i get good result on that reading.

    So i am doing a good thing right?

  7. Are you guys selectively rational? I'm vegan but it's stupid as fuck to twist this and talk about diet, it's well known that bob Harper liked cocaine and methamphetamine. Some contestants in the show claim they were forced to take meth from bob to take their appetites away. Rampant cocaine addiction will give you a heart attack
  8. This lady I work with has a son who's only 24 and he's a body builder and he just had a massive heart attack and all I could think about was this video! someone said "scary how it can even happen to healthy people" and I was like "well obviously he's not healthy IF HE HAD A HEART ATTACK"

  10. I wish my mom believed this - she really thinks that it was just stress that caused her father and my dads father to get heart attacks!
  11. There are also thinner people who might not be necessarily healthy than someone who is a little thicker but lives a very healthy lifestyle !!

  13. Food is a big thing and cause of many illnesses but not the only cause. Stress can cause heartattack, sorrow or shock can cause heartattack and our past traumatic experiences can cause some illnessses too.
    Also this trainer guy probably used a lot's of supliments so on which can damage liver and heart so who know what was the main cause of his heartattack.

  15. This is one of the biggest reasons I have my kids eating vegan with me. It would be irresponsible of me to feed them foods that aren't good for their body knowing what I know.
