At the current moment I'm doing a mini cut that's lasting about 2-3 weeks just to shed so excess bf and also test my discipline a little bit. My intake is 2000 calories (which puts me in a big deficit) however I don't recommend staying in that drastic of a calorie deficit for long periods of time as your body will adapt and become more efficient at using its calories. I can still eat these foods that aren't considered "clean" while losing weight just because I'm in a deficit which is the biggest thing when it comes to dieting.
