  1. Any car made in america or Mexico i want no part if. I buy my 4runners from japan. And shoukd they stop making them in japan, then ill stop buying.
  2. Some of us had the honor of working for years where REAL Toyotas are built in Toyota City, Aichi Japan.
TFLnow please travel there and document the real culture and soul of these great vehicles and the tireless people that make them happen.
  3. Ugly truck. Honestly. Nonunion 60hr work week slave labor right in the heart of TX. Joke.
  4. Toyo manufatures are owned by japs or china men their labor force consist of mostly immigrants from cuba or Mexicans with crooked papers  if anything they have tricked you into buying their AMERICAN truck.. why do you think they moved to texas, cheap labor, ohh no we cant take a tour cause we don't want you to see our beaner work force. work force who make maybe 12 dollars an hour working.
  5. would great if they had a engine that was not using ten yr. tech and get rid ofnthw 4.30 axle
  6. If the Vin starts with a 3, it's made in Mexico. It's made here if the vin starts with a 1, 4, or a 5.
  7. FYI - at least half of the Tacomas sold in the US are made in Baja California, Mexico.
  8. Lame that they didn't let you inside the plant. This is basically a video of their showroom.
  9. The Tundra was born in the U.S, does that mean it's as American as apple pie?
  10. they trucks were built better in japan , sorry toyota too many recalls for me , even the big three have stepped up thier game. I even had one of your techs of 20+ years tell me your quality has gone downhill.
  11. invites you to the plant, doesn't let you in... Toyota needs another chief engineer ... this is the dude responsible for taking away the drivers side grab handle and no locking diff on the tundra, also having rear drum brakes on the Tacoma ...
  12. my 2016 Tacoma came from there , Good job guys  and gals!
  13. Still a toy jap truck.
  14. Well that sorta sucked. Nothing shown but Mike in PPE. Disappointing. You should have asked him about all the Cam shaft sensors breaking on the new Tacomas and what they are doing to fix them.
  15. Didnt they allow FRED from DIRTeveryday to film to plant..?? The TRD Pro episode?
  16. it's sad that we all love American cars made in Canada/Mexico, but this truck is American born!
  17. Should have told me you were here I would have let you drive the Patricia's Revenge. Nothing is like it.
  18. The only chance Toyota has to get their name up there with Ford, Chevy, and Dodge is to break off the TRD name into it's own separate division. Oh, and get a diesel engine for Christ sake.
  19. My 2016 Tacoma was sucked, Toyota's customer service was awful. I owned it 4 months till I couldn't take the driveshaft vibration. I would not recommend wasting money on this truck. And the steering rack went bad with only 4K miles.
  20. Can't film in the factory because they have some special methods they don't want competitors to see?  Gimme  a break.  Toyotas are boring vehicles for boring people.
