  10. All I can say is wow! Great time and very inspirational. As a ex-collegiate runner myself this gives me motivation to get out there and run (not sure I can handle the speed workouts though with my old tired legs). Good job Brad...
  11. Great time! a 5:30 still really good, but I noticed you ran 1600 meters. A mile is actually 1609 meters. Either way impressive. keep up the good work.
